Two Arrested After High-speed Chase in Frederick County
After a high-speed pursuit that began in Frederick County, Maryland State Police arrested John Kemp, 19, and passenger Larnell Minor, 23, and charged them with unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of marijuana and cocaine, reckless endangerment and traffic violations, police said.
